Triathlon Camp

Presented by Endorphin Fitness
Date: Saturday, May 26th from 1-6pm, just $5.
Details: This camp will teach you the swim/bike/run skills to either complete your first race or increase race day performance. The camp is perfect for those fairly new to the sport and/or looking to hone their technique. It will be a mixture of discussion, instruction, and a lot of hands on drills and exercises. The first part of the day will take place at Endorphin Fitness (8908 Patterson Ave) for a presentation on nutrition, which will give you valuable information on what you need to be thinking about leading up to the race as well as during the race itself. Their expert coaches will lead a cycling technique session inside the EF cycling studio. You will bring your own bike equipment and they will assist in setting you up on an indoor trainer. From here the group will travel just up the street to the Tuckahoe YMCA. The group will break off into three stations: swim technique, run technique, and transitions. Our members have done this camp in the past and had great things to say about it. Don't miss out this year - email register@endorphinfitness.com to reserve your spot.
