At Peluso Open Water, we specialize in preparing you for your next open water swim triathlon. From sprint to Ironman, we will get you from the start to T-1 faster and with less effort allowing you to attack the rest of your race.
We offer a second to none Masters swimming program to help you improve fitness, train for specific goals, and support a healthy lifestyle through friendship, and camaraderie. Our Winter Masters Program starts up again on Jan. 3rd with 8 coached practices per week!
We will also be bringing back our popular Stroke Technique Sessions beginning Jan. 7th. This 5-week stroke technique program will address your specific swimming needs. The classes are limited to six athletes per coach so you are guaranteed to receive ample personal instruction. During the first session you will be videotaped both above and below the water. The coach will critique your stroke, enabling you to see the changes you need to make to get faster. Each week afterward, you will receive a 1 hour session of drills, coaching and endurance work to prepare you for the upcoming season. The final week will be another video-taping session so you can see your improvement.
