Free Training Plans for RTC Members!  4/16/2008
For the second year in a row, the RTC is bringing you FREE TRAINING PLANS - and this year the program is better than ever!  Endorphin Fitness, the RTC's coaching sponsor, has provided us with training plans for any distance triathlon - be it sprint, olympic, half Ironman or full Ironman (the IM plan builds on the plan for the half IM).

All you have to do is be an RTC member, and email TrainingPlans@RichmondTriClub.com to ask for one.  The rest is up to you!

If a generic training plan isn't for you, you can also contact EF directly.  In addition to their regular personal coaching services, RTC members can supplement the sprint training plan provided free to RTC members with a training team that will provide 3 coached sessions per week, full access to professional coaches, and the motivation or team.  For more info please call EF at 804.741.1599.

When you email the RTC, don't forget to tell us what distance plan you're looking for.  Happy training!
